We have completed the process of moving your subscriptions to our new website, and you can now access your subscriptions through your account on Bodewellskin.com.
Please note the following:
- If you were scheduled for a payment or shipment during our transition period February 17th 2022 through March 4th 2022, your newly scheduled payment dates will be on March 10th 2022 in order to give adequate time to make adjustments to your subscription (skip a shipment, for example)
- Customer service center advisors are now able to assist with making adjustments to your subscriptions
- Your subscription management link you may have used in the past will not work. You will need to access your subscription management portal through the account you have on our new website. If you never created an account on Bodewellskin.com previously, please create an account now, and remember to use the same email address for the account that you have used to make subscription orders for Bodewell in the past. This will allow you to access your subscription portal via a handy link on your account dashboard when you are logged in to the site.
