Shipping policy

General Shipping Policy:
In most cases, orders placed on our website will be shipped within 1 business day, but in some cases orders may be delayed due to inventory availability, fulfillment center conditions, or other circumstances.

In the event of a fulfillment delay for orders placed with UPS 2nd Day:
  - Orders will be upgraded to UPS Next Day if they are not fulfilled by the end of the 1st business day following the date the orders are placed.
  - Orders will be upgraded to UPS Next Day AND the shipping amount paid will be refunded if they are not fulfilled by the end of the 2nd business day following the date the orders are placed.

In the event of a fulfillment delay for orders placed with UPS Next Day:
  - The shipping amount paid will be refunded if the orders are not fulfilled by the end of the 1st business day following the date the orders are placed.

Risk of Loss & Delivery Dates:
For all orders, the risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. For more information, please reference our Terms of Service.

Bodewell does not control the actions or operations of the shipping carriers, and as such, delivery dates are not guaranteed, regardless of the shipping method selected on an order.
