Managing Your Subscription
How-to Menu:
You can access your Subscriptions Portal through your Bodewellskin.com account login. If you have not created an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout when you created your subscription.
Once your account is created, you can log in and access your Subscriptions Portal by clicking on the 'Manage Subscriptions' link on your account dashboard.

You can also access your account using a direct link to the Subscriptions Portal. This link is normally sent in the 'Subscription Confirmation' email when you begin a subscription, and also in the 'Upcoming Order' notification email.

To update your billing address:
- Login to the Subscriptions Portal.
- Click the 'Billing Information' menu item.
- Click the billing address you would like to update.
- Update the billing details and click the 'Update Billing Address' button.
To update your credit card:
- Login to the Subscriptions Portal.
- Click the 'Billing Information' menu item.
- Click the payment method section.
- Add or edit your credit card details.
If you checked out with PayPal, you may be able to edit the payment method in your PayPal settings. Otherwise, you need to cancel the subscription and start a new subscription via our website.
Update shipping address for a specific subscription
You can update the shipping address for a specific subscription:
- Login to your Subscriptions Portal.
- Click on the 'Subscriptions' menu link, and click the subscription where you would like to update the shipping address.
- Scroll down to Shipping Address section, and click that section to open the address editing options.
- Edit the current address or add a new shipping address.
Update an existing shipping address in general
You can update existing shipping addresses from the Shipping Addresses tab:
- Login to your Subscriptions Portal.
- Click on the 'Shipping Addresses' menu item. This will display all shipping addresses on your customer account.
- Click the link on a specific address will allow you to update it as needed or click on the 'Add Shipping Address' button to add an address.
- Login to your Subscriptions Portal.
- Click on the 'Upcoming Orders' menu link, and click the first upcoming order.
- On the order details page, scroll down to the bottom and click the 'Skip This Order' button.
- Click the 'Skip This Order' button on the confirmation screen again to complete the process. Your order should now show the label 'Skipped'.
- Login to your Subscriptions Portal.
- Click on the 'Subscriptions' menu link, and click the subscription where you would like to swap an item.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the item details page, and click the 'Swap Product' button.
- On the Swap Product page, select the new product you would like to swap in to your subscription in place of your current product.
- Confirm the quantity and frequency of shipments you would like, and click the 'Swap for This Product' button. You should see your subscription now updated with the new product.
- Login to your Subscriptions Portal.
- Click on the 'Subscriptions' menu link.
- Click on the 'Add Product' button.
- On the 'Add a Product' page, click the item(s) you would like to add.
- Adjust the quantity, select whether you want to purchase one time or add the item as an ongoing subscription, select the frequency, and select the date of the first order where this item should be added.
- Click the 'Add a Product' button.
- Your future shipment(s) should now reflect the added item(s).
- Login to your Subscriptions Portal.
- Click on the 'Subscriptions' menu link, and click the subscription where you would like to pause/change the next order date.
- Scroll down to the 'Next Order' section, and click that section to open the date selection options.
- Use the calendar to select the date when you would like restart your subscription.
- Click the 'Update Next Order Date' button to confirm and save the new date selection.
- Optionally, select the 'Skip This Order' button to simply skip this next shipment.
- Your next order date should now reflect your new date selections on the subscription details page.
- Login to your Subscriptions Portal.
- Click on the 'Subscriptions' menu link, and click the subscription that you would like to cancel.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the subcription details page and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button.
- Select the reason your would like to cancel. (This helps us improve our services and products). Click the 'Next' button.
- To continue with the cancellation, click the 'Cancel' button.
- Provide any final comments or reasons for cancelling, then click the 'Cancel' button.
- Your subscription should now be listed under the 'Inactive Subscriptions' and be labeled as 'Cancelled'. Remember, you can reactive your subscriptions at any time!
